5. Offline Storage

Vendility POS is designed to work seamlessly offline. Your data may be stored locally on your device in an encrypted local database. This data synchronizes securely with our cloud servers when an internet connection becomes available.

6. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, including payment gateways, email/SMS providers, push notification services, cloud hosting providers, analytics, and AI processing partners. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. We implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected globally.

11. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account directly within the Vendility POS app, under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal and business data from our active databases, subject to legal data retention requirements. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing legal@vendora.magdapos.com from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.

12. Children's Privacy

Vendility POS is a business-to-business application and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

13. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information, primarily for authentication, analytics, and user preferences.
